Collection Letter ProcessingVFI offers a cost effective way to send Collection Letters along with Statements. When your Statement file is received at VFI via SFTP upload, our system will identify the aging for each patient account. Many Pharmacies want to send 30 day, 60 day and 90 day letters to customers prompting them to pay their balance due. VFI will process the aging information, and will print and insert the appropriate Aging Letter with the customer Statement.
This process appropriately reminds the customer that they owe money and need to pay promptly. By sending the letters along with the Statement it saves your Pharmacy money in not having to execute a separate Collection Letter mailing.
